The Question That Changed Everything
It started with a simple, yet profound question echoing through Foindu Village, Sierra Leone: "Do we want just to stay idle, or do we truly want to achieve great things using only what we have?"
This was the collective resolve of the Foindu women, powerfully voiced by their leaders, Ms. Isatu Koroma & Ms. Aminata Kamara. These women, already empowered through the Impact Sierra Leone (ISL) Women’s Agribusiness Collective, looked at their potential and their future and declared: "Let the greatness begin with us."

That spark of ambition ignited a powerful momentum. It became the driving force that compelled Impact Sierra Leone (ISL) to act fast, with clarity and purpose, to establish the Vocational Skills Training Center in Foindu. This is a vision that will be brought to life by their drive and, of course, the support of you, yes, you.
The Vocational Training Center is more than a building; it’s a future unlocked. It is a place where raw talent meets practical training, providing the women and youth of Foindu with the tangible skills needed to build sustainable livelihoods, breaking the cycle of poverty and dependence.
Imagine the transformation as women who currently face daily financial uncertainty walk out of our doors as certified entrepreneurs.

Impact Sierra Leone Fundraising Goal Flier
Here is Where We Stand. The women of Foindu have laid the foundation with their spirit. We’ve answered their call with a plan and a plot of land. But now, we face the final hurdle: funding the construction.
Our total goal to complete the Vocational Skills Training Center and fully equip its classrooms is $100,000. But for now, we are on the $50,000 mission to build the structure, get it completed by March 2026, and together we can.
Thanks to incredible supporters, we’ve made a strong start and have already raised $3,340. These funds have been used in the phase 1 stage of the building. This shows what’s possible when we stand together.
But the reality is, we still have a critical gap to close to turn this vital dream into a tangible center of greatness.
BE THE BRIDGE
The Foindu women have the will, the talent, and the momentum. What they need now is the bridge—the final resources to secure their training center.
We're asking you to be that bridge. Your donation, large or small, doesn't just buy a brick or a sewing machine; it buys a woman a future, a community independence, and a generation of hope. Help us build the center where greatness begins.
