In 2019, a simple vision sparked what is now a thriving movement. At Impact Sierra Leone, we’ve spent the past six years making measurable, visionary, and collective impact by empowering women, uplifting children, and strengthening communities.
At the heart of the Impact Vocational Skills Training Center are the women who inspire us every day.
Members of ISL Women’s Agribusiness Collective at Foindu are the primary beneficiaries of this center. Strong, dedicated, and determined to grow.
Through this center of opportunity, we’re amplifying their voices, building their capacity, and investing in skills that transform not just lives, but entire communities
This month, we proudly mark the completion of Phase One of our Vocational Skills Center.

July 2025: The installation of our signpost marked the official close of Phase One — a visible promise to the community that hope is not just a word but a plan in motion.
On July 16th, our team of dedicated volunteers, and building partners from MorganTech Construction Company gathered in Foindu Village to install the official signpost marking the Impact Vocational Training Center construction site.
This signpost is more than just a marker — it’s the official indication of where the building begins, a visible symbol of hope and the successful completion of Phase One of our journey.
The joy on the faces of the villagers said it all. For the Foindu community, the signpost represents a promise fulfilled, proof that Impact Sierra Leone is turning vision into reality with purpose, clarity, and accountability.
